Listed below is warranty information for all our solar components.

• Solar Generation Station Warranty:

  Lantmark Solutions Inc. will be the contractor of record for installing the solar generation system.  Lantmark is committed to quality workmanship according to standard practices.The installed equipment is backed by manufacturer’s warranties. The components are identified as:

• Panels

  Solar Panels are manufactured by Solgate with the following warranty:

   

  Solgate PV Panel Warranty

   

  • All Panels have a 25 year warranty on the efficiency, 90% power output for the first 12 years and 80% for the remaining 13.

  • All panels are guaranteed for the highest quality workmanship and materials and have a 5 year warranty on construction.

  • Our Panels are made of the highest quality materials and workmanship, and will stand the test of time and elements.

  • We use a stronger 4 mm tempered low-iron, high transmissivity glass, which will withstand even harsher

    outside conditions.

  • We build our modules with strong anodized aluminum frames that are fully seated and sealed.

   

  The Solgate panel warranty is honoured by the manufacturer after the panel is tested by the manufacturer and

  fails to meet stated specifications.

• Inverters

  Inverters are manufactured by Enphase with the following warranties:

  - 100% Uptime Guarantee

• Racking

  Racking is manufactured by Sentinel Solar with the following warranty:

  - Lifetime warranty

• Lantmark Warranty

  The installation done by Lantmark Solutions Inc. is warranted as follows: Lantmark warrants for a period of 2 years after completion of work that the installation has been done in a workmanlike according to manufacturer’s specifications or as otherwise specified.  All problems will be repaired such that the installation functions as designed with neglible cosmetic difference from original.  Components will be repaired or replaced at Lantmark’s discretion.  Excluded from the warranty are damages caused by abuse, accident or acts of nature as well as defects common to the materials used such as fading, warping or shinking.  Any roof perforations have been done according to best practices and are warranted against leaking for 2 years.  Poor sealing will be evident after one year but Lantmark warrants for 2 years to cover marginal seals. In the event of accident or misfortune after Lantmark has quoted a project and accepted a deposit, Sentinel Solar will ensure that the proposed scope of work has been completed as intended by Lantmark Solutions. Lantmark Solutions Inc carries Commercial Property and Liability Insurance through Sheehan and Rosie Ltd, Insurance Brokers.
